Where your data end up
On your servers. Simmetric Chat installs on your infrastructure and works without ever connecting to the internet, if you configure it that way. Nothing leaves your servers: not your documents, not your conversations, not your activity log.
Who controls what
Your IT office decides, permission by permission - more than forty distinct permissions, mapped across 15 menu sections. Accounts are created and revoked by your IT: access follows your organization's lifecycle, not ours.
What happens to confidential documents
Sensitive data - tax codes, card numbers, IBAN, e-mail addresses - is masked automatically before anyone reads it. Unmasking stays reserved to those authorized. And the activity log cannot be altered: compliance is demonstrated, not declared.
