You set the ceilings: they apply before the money is spent

You set the ceilings: they apply before the money is spent

A ceiling that exists before the bill

You decide the ceilings: per person or for the whole installation - on conversation volume, on storage, and on money. The ceiling is checked BEFORE every answer, not reported after the invoice: an unexpected month cannot surprise you.

Who sets what

Your IT office sets a person's ceilings; the installation defaults protect everybody else. An unset ceiling is not a danger: it means no limit - the tool asks to be configured, it never silently blocks anybody. The limits are a lever of yours, not a clause of ours.

Everything stays checkable

Consumption lives in a ledger that resets never erase - a new period opens, the history stays yours. You can verify the numbers: open the usage view and see the arithmetic behind every charge. An unpriced model can never appear free: the fallback keeps accounting, with a warning logged once.
